Mieko Kawakami is a Japanese author who often writes about women and their struggles in society.
The book contents are not related, but I decided to make them one by creating covers that could represent the books as one, but also as a series.
The cover of the books shows a minimal design that houses an image on the left and information on the right.

I had some trouble looking for an actual book series to do for this project, but in the end, I decided to make my own.
Luckily I read the three books enough to make covers for them. okay, I didn’t finish one, but I understood enough.
Overall, it was a good experience to make them digitally and physically, which made me add more books to my collection.
