Bloodline: Darkness Series is a series of wines inspired by vampires, the moon, and all things gothic.

Each of the three wines represents different moon phases. When the bottles are placed next to one another, they create a beautiful time-lapse of the moon.

Enjoy the wine and taste the darkness.

Dianthus Moon. A pink waxing gibbous moon is placed onto the rose wine.  Sweet enough to get tempted.

Crimson Moon. A dark red full moon is placed onto the red wine.  A deadly combination.

Indigo Moon. A once-in-a-blue waning gibbous moon is placed onto the white wine. The end has arrived!

Insights

This project is one of my favorites.

I like to collect liquor bottles with good designs, and while working on this project, I kept that in mind. A good design should always be eye-catching and of course, tell a good story, too.

And yes, if you happened to catch that the wines are 40%, you’re seeing things correctly. It wouldn't be a dark series if you didn't end up seeing stars at the end, right? ;)
